2006 2 cups persimmon pulp
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 stick butter
1/4 cup milk
14 tsp vanilla
Mix pulp, sugar and eggs, then add buttermilk with soda stirred in. Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder and add to mixture. Then add butter, milk and vanilla. Pour mixture into a 9-inch by 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
Mix soda in buttermilk and set aside. Blend together persimmons, sugar, eggs and butter. Add buttermilk and Milnot. Mix in flour, baking powder and salt, then add cinnamon and vanilla. Pour into greased 9-inch by 13-inch pan and bake for one hour at 325 degrees.
